4. Refunds
Refunds are issued:

Back to the original payment method (if applicable, depending on payment type)
Refunds are only processed after the item is received and inspected.
5. Delivery Charges
If the product is returned for personal reasons (change of mind, wrong order, etc.), the customer pays return shipping cost.
